The specific details of the services will be agreed upon in a separate agreement or contract.
Payment Policy: We require 100% advance payment before commencing any project or service. This policy applies to all our clients, including new and existing ones. The advance payment is necessary to secure our resources and allocate the required time and effort to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Refund Policy: Since we require 100% advance payment, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided or are in progress. If, for any reason, the project is canceled or terminated before its completion, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to that point will still be due and non-refundable.
Delivery and Timeline: The delivery timeframe for each project will be discussed and agreed upon between Adrotize and the client. While we strive to meet the agreed-upon timelines, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work towards resolving them.
Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the successful execution of the services. This includes but is not limited to brand guidelines, logos, imagery, content, and relevant login credentials. The client also agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals during the project’s execution.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights related to the services provided by Adrotize, shall remain the property of Adrotize or its respective owners. The client shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any deliverables or materials provided by Adrotize without explicit written permission.
Confidentiality: Adrotize agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details shared during the course of the engagement. The client also agrees to keep any confidential information shared by Adrotize confidential and not disclose it to any third party without explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability: Adrotize shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice to the other party. Any fees or payments due up until the termination date shall be paid in full. Termination of the engagement shall not relieve the client from any outstanding payment obligations.
Modification of Terms: Adrotize reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The modified terms will be effective upon posting on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.
